²³ But seven dry heads, empty and shriveled by the east wind, sprouted after them. ²⁴ The empty heads of grain swallowed the seven good heads. I told this to the magicians, but none of them could explain it to me.”

²⁵ Joseph said to Pharaoh, “Pharaoh’s dreams are actually one dream. God has revealed to Pharaoh what he is about to do.
